Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy TM (SDTT)

Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy is a highly effective system of massage therapy developed over a period of 30 years by Armand Ayaltin, RMT.

Systemic in its approach to chronic or acute pain and tension, the entire pattern of musculo-skeletal involvement is assessed and treated. Key compensation sites which determine the patient's symptoms are located and addressed over time.

From a purely physical perspective, SDTT, a traditional form of natural therapy, works to dispel chronic muscle contraction and congestion by relieving blocks to circulatory function. This is accomplished manually by dispersing metabolic accumulations, often hardened into a fibrous mass. Long term muscle dysfunction compresses joints, nerves, blood vessels and other structures, ultimately affecting the body's overall health.

SDTT is wholistic because it triggers the body's own healing reflexes. A full scope therapy, SDTT positively influences the physical and emotional integrity of the body.

Deep in SDTT refers to accessing tissues at the level they are dysfunctional vs high pressure therapy, and may be superficial or deep the respect to the body's surface.

Therapy, by definition, consistently produces positive physiological change.
